Download & Verify

Install & Launch

If Ledger Live stays on "Connect and unlock your device", try using a different USB port or cable. Ensure no other crypto apps (like MetaMask or other wallets) are running in the background as they may interfere with the USB connection.
Synchronization Error
If you see "Synchronization Error", it usually means a temporary network issue with the blockchain explorers. Go to Settings > Help > Clear Cache. This forces Ledger Live to rescan your accounts from the blockchain.
Device Not Recognized
On Windows, this is often a driver issue. Open Device Manager and check if the device appears. On Linux, ensure you have set up the correct udev rules. On macOS, check your privacy settings to allow USB accessories.
